URGENT - WIND UP CHANGE OF TIMES

We have had to change our wind-up times, due to circumstances beyond our control.

Date: 28th March 2015

Venue: South West Sports Centre (POOL)

Time: 1pm-2pm Presentations on the grass area

          2pm-4pm Pool entry, slide, giant inflatable and bouncy castle

          4pm-5pm general swimming till pool closes.

Please enter through the side gate to the grass area, we will have a table set up to give Athletes their arm bands. For parents and siblings who are swimming you will need to go out and through the main entrance to pay. (We will issue paying siblings with wrist bands so they can use the giant inflatable and slide) No body is to go into the pool area till after presentations as we do not have pool access till 2pm.

Parents must supervise their own children while swimming.

We will have our shade set up, but please bring chairs or picnic rugs to sit on.

Pizza and drinks will be available for all athletes after presentations. The pool cafe will be open for purchases of food, drinks and coffees.

State Championships are held on th 21st and 22nd March 2015 at WA State Athletics Arena

Please note: For State championships, we can only take 2 athletes per event per age group. If more than 2 athletes nominate for the same event we will have to take the 2 with the best PBs. You will be given plenty of notice with the events you have qualified for.
